Cap and trade isn't just a little cap on fuel use... it's not a good thing! It's being pushed along side by the great "Global Warming Deception".
It has been introduced this as having this goal:
"To steadily reduce carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gas
emissions economy-wide in a cost-effective manner."
Sounds great right? ...WRONG
Cab and Trade is a TAX ... a very BIG one!
Cap and Trade to cost about $3900.00 or more per family per year!
It's kind of like, say, I have to breath out 50 times a day. If I breath out more, then I'm going to have to pay for those extra breaths. If I only breath 30 times, then I can sell the unused 20 to someone else. Only, the government will be who controls who I sell it to, and be the one who benefits finally from the trade. The government controls the amount and to whom you to trade it!
Between you and the recipient of the trade, you won't have the freedom to trade freely...it will be the government who will say to whom you trade and who gets the kickback of the trade.
Cap and Trade Debunked
When the Star-Tribune's opinion page editor Eric Ringham was contacted about Bachmann's use of the figure, he apologized for letting her include it in her column.
"It wasn't on my radar. I'm embarrassed to have let it go unchallenged," Ringham told Think Progress. "You can rest assured this study is never going to be represented in the paper again . . . without confirmation it's being accurately portrayed."
Cap and Trade...is a HUGE TAX
The Great Global Warming Deception.
I hope this will help to explain really what "Cap and Trade" is. It will affect all of us...it's being presented as a real solution to a problem when it's really not. It may, at first seem hard to understand, but it isn't really. Take a good listen...really listen.
It's been estimated to drive up your energy costs $3000.00 - $4,100 per family each year. At this rate, whether you want to hear it or not, you'd better get used to being poor because that is where we're going...President Obama is compelling!
President Obama’s plan will require auto manufacturers to meet a standard of 35 miles-per-gallon by 2016, that’s four years earlier than the same standard imposed by the Energy Security and Independence Act of 2007. We'll be driving "Smart Cars", Fiats, etc. The compromise is in our families' safety.
